I have been an IT Project Manager for one year, and obtaining my PMP certification has greatly boosted my confidence. I recently purchased your book and look forward to this workshop. My biggest challenge is balancing competing priorities across multiple initiatives while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and team members. I’m working on improving task prioritization, delegation, and project closure to drive better outcomes.
Thanks for sharing, Dawn. You are on the right track. Delegation and prioritization are the key. But it goes beyond that. You need to build processes around it. I do explain it on the workshop.
