Thank you for shopping at IT PM School (itpmschool.com), operated by Dmytro Nizhebetskyi IT Project Manager JDG. Please read this policy carefully. This Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by sending a clear written statement to dmytro@itpmschool.com before the 14-day period expires. Upon valid withdrawal, we will reimburse you using the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 14 days of receiving your notice.

1.1 Important Exception for Digital Content
If you have accessed, downloaded, or streamed digital content (such as online courses or e-books) during the 14-day withdrawal period, you may lose your right of withdrawal, provided that: (a) you gave your prior express consent to begin delivery of the digital content before the withdrawal period ended; and (b) you acknowledged that by doing so, you would lose your right of withdrawal.

These consents are requested at the point of purchase. If you did not access the digital content, you retain your full right of withdrawal for 14 days.

2. Online Courses

Beyond the EU right of withdrawal described above, we offer a 30-day refund period for online courses created by Dmytro Nizhebetskyi. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To request a refund, please contact us at dmytro@itpmschool.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method.

After 30 days from the date of purchase, course purchases are non-refundable.

3. Payment Plans (Installments)

If you purchased a course using a payment plan (installment payments), you may request a refund in accordance with Sections 1 and 2 above within the applicable refund period.

After 30 days from the initial payment, all remaining installment payments are non-refundable regardless of the frequency with which you access the course content. You remain responsible for all installment payments as agreed at the time of purchase.

4. E-Books and Digital Downloads

Due to the digital nature of e-books and downloadable products, we generally do not issue refunds for e-books purchased on our site, except as required under the EU right of withdrawal described in Section 1.

At the point of purchase, you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and to acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right. If you did not provide this consent and have not accessed the e-book, you may exercise your 14-day withdrawal right.

Special offers and bundles that include e-books are non-refundable once any portion of the bundled content has been accessed, subject to the EU withdrawal rights described above.

5. Subscriptions and Memberships

Subscription and membership fees are subject to the EU right of withdrawal described in Section 1 during the first 14 days.

Beyond the first 14 days, and in any event after 30 days from the date of purchase, membership fees are non-refundable regardless of the frequency with which you access the membership content.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account management page or by contacting us at dmytro@itpmschool.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access until that date. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues receiving, downloading, or accessing any product or service, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any technical problems. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a full refund regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at the address below with the following information: your full name, the email address associated with your account, the product or service purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request.

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and provide a final decision within 14 business days.
